He really cares that you get everything taken care of to get your pc back in great working shape. He shows you pics of the problems he found and explains how he repaired them. He then turns on your pc and shows you that it is in good working order. I am so glad that we found Q, as we are new to the area, and took a chance since we didn't know anyone or place in the area.
