I buy a lot of food from This restaurant and at least 2-3 times a week sometimes because I'm disabled ajnd it's just easier to get delivered which is only less than 4 minutes from my house. They have a website which most people know and when I order breakfast which is a lot of the time the pancake breakfast for example shows $2.95 online then I ordered American fries which says a $1.55 March of this year is when I brought it to their attention. So when I call I'm still ordering and I'm thinking in the back of my mind cause I'm tired I'm disable most likely I'm just not feeling good which is 99% of the time and today I tried to make order just for the 2 pancake breakfast $2.99 a American fries for a dollar and 55 cents and milk which now when I said I want a large looking to charge me double the price which is $2.50 I asked for my total she says is $18 change so how did I get from $2.95 for breakfast a dollar and 55 cents from home fries to $18 I could go get a prime rib steak and it would be cheaper. Every time I call I'm sorry I don't have anything to do with sad I'm tired of hearing that then when I called asked for the owner hes never able to get in touch with ever. If you continue to run a business this way people are gonna stop coming. I can't tell you the amount of money that I have sent spent at your restaurant but this will be the last time I will be buying from you it's really sad because you do have decent food! Yes and the people there as other people stated Have a personality of a wet mop. If I question the price because it's not reflective on the website it's not my problem I went in to pick food up the one day and the lady as I explained to her about the website and the prices and they're not changing the website she was basically like OL what you want me to do about it. Just awful awful awful and she was the manager. I've been in retail and food business for 30 years and I would never ever treat customers like that because I know what happens in the end you lose customers word-of-mouth...
Read moreI'm deducting 2 stars for customer service, which was rude slow an unorganized and also for cleanliness. The toilet in the stall of the women's bathroom made me want to barf because a big ball of poop was sitting in it not even in the water part way up from it! The floors of the restaurant were filthy the staff had no gloves on while preparing food, and if I had to wait 45 mins to pick up my order then when I arrived it should of been ready instead of making me wait another ten minutes and 2-3 minutes before I was even acknowledged at the counter when I arrived. The food that we ordered was very good I must say we had the cod bucket and stuffed shells + the linguine with sausage ~ the fries were ok the coleslaw was kinda sucky it lacked some salt because it was just off the bread an Italian garlic toast were both fresh an delicious. Work on the cleanliness, staff, wait times and decor and next time I will give you 5 stars! And another thing the prices are expensive and the portions don't always live up to the amount that you are paying. 12 pieces of fish two an a half handfuls of fries a loaf of bread 4 pieces of garlic bread two small entries of pasta medium sized cup of coleslaw should not cost $45!!! For all that money there should of been some salads, appetizer, deserts, napkins, condiments, a menu too plus an apology for the long as wait I'm just saying that is alot to ask of me then make me wait an hour for my food treat me like dirt an have some sanitary issues going on all over the place an taking forever to complete my phone order with slightly incompetent ppl trying to take your order putting u on hold...

I ordered pizza after they reopened recently, and the pizza came wrong, and completely squished against the box, flipped. So they had a new one delivered, they apologized, the delivery driver was new and they had some else bring my pizza.
The time after that, I ordered pizza and fries. They brought pizza, no fries. My total was a few dollars more than it usually is and I always get the same thing, so naturally I assumed i got charged for it. But when I called and mentioned I didn’t get them, the boy said it wasn’t on my ticket. Asked if I still wanted them, I said yes, he said someone would be by in the hour to bring them. Hour and a half goes by, no fries. Fine, I call and ask about it again. Same kid told me someone would call me. Another hour and a half goes by again, nothing. I call again. He takes my number and name and says there’s a credit in the book under my phone number for French fries.
Haha 8 days later, today, I call and order my usual pizza and ask for my credit of French fries. I got put on hold for 10 minutes just for them to tell me there’s no credit.
They’re getting 3 stars because their pizza is the only local pizza my fiancé wants to eat, because it’s the best. And they’re way cheaper than the derangos up the street.
Adding later because sad once again, ordered a Cesar salad which costs 7$ And got a house salad (3$) with Cesar desssing. Most expensive bowl of salad and croutons...
