I have been going to Kelly for 2-3 years now and have gotten a number of different treatments. I really can't recommend her enough. I've had skin issues all my life for various reasons and she's helped solve all my insecurities and needs. The first service I purchased was laser hair removal. They had a sale for if you get your legs done armpits are included. I did that and I am so happy I did! I have had issues with ingrown hairs which have caused scarring, pain, and annoyance for years. My hair is super thick and my skin super sensitive which is not a good combination. In middle school I was so insecure that I shaved at least x2 a day for years because the hair was dark and qould grow back so quickly. After my treatments I only shave my arms once or twice a week and my legs every three days and it has saved me so much time. The hair is also lighter and less noticeable which I love. I have also gotten a number of laser resurfacing too. I have had awful acne since I can remember and luckily it evened out after I graduated college. Unfortunately years of scarring made my skin uneven, textured and scarred. I was so insecure about it that I refused to go out without makeup since middle school when the issued started. I did fraxel and now onto morpheus and I absolutely love the results. Most of my concerns are gone and Kelly gave me some skin care recommendations that really made me glow and furthered the results of the service. After the second round of fraxel, I felt confident enough to go out in public without makeup for the first time in YEARS. I even got 2 compliments from strangers about how pretty I looked and I went to my car and cried from happiness as I never thought being confident without makeup was possible. I am so truly grateful I met Kelly. Desiree too as she walked me through what each procedure would be like and they both listened to my concerns and gave me amazing recommendations. It is a process, it isn't something that happens after 1 treatment and it can be painful (beauty is pain right?) But I have absolutely no regrets. I feel confident without makeup which I haven't felt since I was a child and I just feel amazing and confident more than ever. I love Kelly she really cares about her clients and takes the time to get to know you and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during the services and after and always with an upbeat and positive attitude she has helped me get wedding ready and I feel so happy and less stressed now. I had Rhiannon for laser hair removal on my legs and face and just finished all my sessions and can't say enough good things! Not only was the laser hair removal effective in reducing the hair and slowing down the growth that now I barely need to shave my legs - but any remaining hair that comes back is thinner and lighter. I am a tan olive toned woman with almost black hair so have always been concerned that laser hair wouldn't work for my skin tone but was never burned and they always tailored the settings perfectly and I saw such a drastic reduction and never saw an increase in hair, which although rare, can happen in people of my ethnicity. The whole team at Bodylase has been so kind from the girls at the desk who are understanding when you need to reschedule to Desiree who helps you determine what areas you want to treat, and what might work best for your individual needs! Rhiannon truly made the whole experience such a delight - she was so informative in terms of being very upfront that I may need maintenance sessions which we have already booked now that I have finished and helped set my expectations from the beginning which I thought was so honest. She also would inspect the areas that she was lasering very thoroughly each session to make sure that there were no open wounds as well as to make sure that I did not have too much sun exposure and to see how they responded to the previous treatment. She would also ask me each time how I thought the areas reacted and would take my thoughts very seriously on where I thought there were more stubborn areas. She was so professional but also an amazingly kind person that made this process feel very relaxing and felt like spending time with a friend. I highly recommend her to everyone and even though the Chapel Hill Bodylase is now closer to me, I will still return to the Raleigh one just to do my maintenance sessions with her since I trust her so much and look forward to our sessions! She also is very knowledgable about different skincare ingredients but also doesn't push products onto you, more of a "just to let you know if you are interested - here is the latest research" which I truly appreciated as someone who both loves skincare but needs to work through my products first, it was great hearing and discussing with her what might and might not work for me without feeling pressured to buy in that moment.
