Customer service is poor. They add about $2,500 dollars worth of interest on something worth $800. They don’t remove your card information once your done making payment and like to randomly charged my mom months after her bed was paid off. I put in over $3,500 on a bedroom set that’s worth no more than $1,000 anywhere else. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Just look at the cost of the ps5. They run from 650-900 anywhere else but $2,800 on their site. Next time they randomly charge my mom, someone with more authority will be contacted btw. Not to fail to mention when I asked to use my insurance because my leg was broke, she hit me with “we didn’t sell you a broke bed” then took 2 months for my request to be approved. Like i didn’t ask what you sold me? That’s what the insurance is for love. The manager is extremely rude then send her staff to avoid hearing about herself. Unprofessional I've had such a bad experience and it doesn't even matter to them. From waiting days to receive my merchandise to being put on hold multiple times having to call multiple times and was kind about it but they don't care about me as a customer. What happened to good customer service?? Especially a customer whom should be upset but is kind to you. I've been taken advantage of. They're rude ghetto and careless people. Never once did I get an apology. Only broken Promises and when they never did what they promised I was the one who did all the work. Calling 100 times and eventually settling because I need a TV so they got off on me.

I was going to rent furniture from them last week and was told that it would be delivered two days later and they were loading up in 30mins and hour went by and no show so I called them to let them know that I wanted to cancel my agreement and I’ll take my services somewhere else. The following day Buddys tried to draft money out of my account when I had already cancel my agreement and they tried to do the same thing the following day. I called and spoke with JR and told her to remove my card from their system because my agreement has been cancel. This place is the most Unprofessional, rude, liers, and thieves I ever seen in my life. I do not recommend this place for business take your hard earned money...
