Be careful when you shop here. Sent my 17 yo daughter here to get my oldest son and fiance their 1st couple Christmas. When my daughter got home we opened the bag and box and there was no ornament in the box. I called immediately and spoke to a lady who answered the phone and told her and my daughter lost the receipt but we have a box and bag, she said no problem bring it in and we will take care of it. I go Monday with the hallmark bag and empty box and a told a lady and she gladly replaced for me. As I was continuing to shop for more items, about 10 mins later was called over by the manger and she was saying they had no proof of sale of that ornament and kept implying that we went to another location or took it. I asked her how I would have gotten the bag and box if that was the case. She argued with me for about 5 mins and made me give back the ornament and would not help me. I have never been treated so poorly before this. Now I’m out $21 and an ornament. I also found the receipt when I got home but we live an hour away from this store so no way will I be able to make it back before Christmas. This is no way to run a business and I will never step foot in another Hallmark again. I am also a manager of a business and wound never treat a customer like this, especially if they had a bag and was told on the phone it would be made right. You should be ashamed of yourself for repeatedly stating that this ornament wasn’t in the system as sold. Also, when my daughter came in looking for this ornament one of the workers gave her the empty box. I will be calling...

I put my shopping bag down in front of the store and the store clerk (middle aged woman with glasses and black hair) assumed I bent down to pick up chocolate and stuff in my pocket. She confronted me about it and I had to explain to her that I simply put my bag down in front of the store. I've decided not to return to that store until that woman no longer works there. Those of conscience regardless of that thing called "race:" join me in not...
Read moreMy mom stopped in today to inquire about what appeared to be a faulty mask. She came in on 11/1 to buy a black mask for my brother's memorial service. She asked for help from a store associate, and she helped my mom pick this mask, never stwting that it was a children's mask. She asked about it today, and the associate simply laughed it off and was very cavalier about it and did not give my mom her money back. Very disappointing. It's not about the money, it's just poor...
