After sharing my needs & goals in person, I was quoted a price and agreed. Three hours later and lots of work not done when I was told the car was done. Owner agreed to not charge and detailer did very little to remedy the issue, agreeing to leave with several issues still present. Owner ultimately told me that what I was looking for should be more like $1,500 as opposed to the $245 quoted IN PERSON by one of the company detailers!! I now have a car with paint and glass streaks due to poor cleaning, application & removal. Owners doesn’t want to come see anything in person, he just told me good luck in the future as there is nothing else...
