4.5/5 Stars: A Delicious and Convenient Burger Joint - Shake Shack Raleigh Review
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Shake Shack location in Raleigh, NC, and I'm excited to share my detailed review of this popular burger joint.
Location and Ambiance: 4.5/5
The Shake Shack in Raleigh is conveniently located in the Glenwood South neighborhood, within walking distance of several other restaurants, bars, and shops. The restaurant itself has a modern and sleek design, with a lively atmosphere that's perfect for a quick bite or a casual dinner with friends.
Food Quality and Options: 4.5/5
I ordered the ShackBurger, which features a juicy Angus beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce, all served on a toasted potato bun. The burger was cooked to perfection, with a nice char on the outside and a pink interior. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with the ShackSauce adding a tangy and creamy element to the dish. I also appreciated the variety of toppings and sauces available, including bacon, caramelized onions, and jalapeños.
Service and Staff: 4.5/5
The service at Shake Shack was friendly and efficient, with a welcoming staff that seemed genuinely enthusiastic about the food and the brand. Orders were fulfilled quickly, and the staff were happy to answer questions and make recommendations.
Value and Pricing: 4.5/5
The prices at Shake Shack were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food, with most burgers and sandwiches falling in the $5-$7 range. I appreciated the variety of options available, including a value menu and several combo meals.
Overall Experience: 4.5/5
In conclusion, my experience at Shake Shack in Raleigh was overwhelmingly positive. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was lively and convenient. While there were a few minor issues with the ordering process, overall I would highly recommend Shake Shack to anyone looking for a tasty and convenient burger in Raleigh.

Read moreWell. Tonight (12/15) Mrs & I attended the Canes game. She loves Cheese Fries and especially those from Shake Shack in most cities even tho we rarely have them. So we approached the permanent location on level 1 at end of 1st period. When we approached a woman employee warned us “we have only 1 grill working so might be slow service”. We were ok and stood inline. The Mrs finally got to the counter and ordered her Cheese Fries. The counter person delivered a box and cheese. The Mrs looked in and touched ICE cold fries. She asked for Hot! Fries. The person said “weren’t you told we had just 1 grill”. So Fries are FRIED not grilled right? Woman begrudgingly gave her fries from the back area and new cheese. Pic of cheese here. Rock hard COLD and fries med warm. Counter person said “sorry” but $8 please. Now what in the world! Poor service and...
Read moreUsually I don't come to Shake Shack during Canes games but thought I would give them a chance during the Playoffs. Came down with 2 minutes left in the first, line not too bad. Right as I stepped up to the register, they decided to shut down orders. It's been 10 minutes, still not taking any new orders because they are sooooo behind (per someone working). During a period you get behind?! The line low is atrocious. Oh, and there is a bunch of food sitting ready as in the picture....
