Having looked around many shops for an engagement ring, I was fully expecting to just stop by, do my due diligence, and leave after seeing the appearance from the outside. From the outside, the shop looks humble and is easily passed by on the highway. But please don't let that stop you from giving this shop a chance!

From the first visit, time flew by with Jim Lee walking us through designing a ring. He's been in the business for many years and his experience shows it. I also liked the personal feel of the family-owned business, and it's reassuring that he has assistants helping to manage the business. He knows his lab grown and natural diamonds, and I definitely felt comfortable with him walking through all the different bands, settings, diamonds, etc. He was budget and design-conscious, and clearly wants to make sure that whatever he put together would be satisfactory, both visually and budget-wise.

We did end up going with a different jeweler because they selected our favorite stone (which I think is probably the most important part of the ring), but would have easily put Mr. Lee's shop in the top 2 of the 10+ shops we looked at. Great Customer service....I knocked on the door; no answer..Got in the car, about to pull off.. Elder Gentleman came out, asked what I needed ( battery replacement for watch)..he grabbed my watch went inside and got to work..he came out about 25 minutes later, he told me the price ($10)..I passed him twenty notes..he told me to keep it...(he didn't have change for twenty notes).I paid him (with singles I had in the armrest which came out to ten notes...we both smiled and laughed..it was a great physical day...

I’ve been dealing with Lee Jewelers for a few months now and I couldn’t be any more pleased, I just wish I would’ve found Lee Jewelers sooner. Mr Lee’s experience and knowledge are palpable, and his customer service skills put the big box stores to shame - I’m sure this has something to do with the reason I was referred by a 20+ year customer!
