The Flourish Market — Local services in Raleigh

Came in the store to drop some money and I politely asked Abby to start a fitting room. I came back with more items only to find the original item off on a rack to side for clothes to be returned I guess to the displays. Like WTH! I then when to counter to ask Abby if this was the item and why Abby didn’t start the room. She told me because it was busy in spite of a fitting room being wide open when I made the original request. In addition, Abby walked around asking to set up fitting rooms for others but didn’t bother to help me. Yes I came dressed down today in a $100 hoodie , $5000 bag and $300 jeans. Nothing in this store was even expensive so not sure why she was being some prejudice.

Anyway, you guys should do better when you’re in the customer service industry. I was ready to spend money today after my brunch next door with friends. I mean this not a chain store where you’re a multi billion dollar company and just have a few bad apples. This is a small town boutique lol, smh! Walked into the store looking for a dress to give to my special lady friend and I had nothing short of a spectacular experience. This is the first time I have ever gone dress shopping for a girl and Emily, Shelby, and Katie were so helpful from start to finish.

Being a giant human and in a women's boutique Emily made me feel very welcome as I was clearly a little out of my element (I am 6'7). My friend and I were handed drinks while Emily and her staff asked very specific and helpful questions to help me figure out the size and style I wanted. Shelby brought out several dresses for me to choose from and eventually showed me the dress I would walk out the door with.

This is my favorite women's clothing store in the Raleigh area. And they have clothes and accessories for kids and babies, too! All of the items in this store are fair trade and support great causes all around the world. Not only are your purchases going to help others in need, but the clothes and accessories featured here are beautiful and high quality. Yet, they are still affordable! My mom and I went shopping here this past weekend, and they had a sweet promotion with pumpkin-flavored treats and coffee and a free neck scarf for spending over $75.
