Before Covid-19 struck/ we started construction on a new home! Great timing! We know. All of the "finishing touch" items were out of stock or had incrdible lead times. We fell in love we a pair of Craftsman Fans from Mussion Bungalow and ordred them - knowing that it would take a long time to get them. When the items were finally getting shipped, UPS screwed up and never delivered the lfan light kit. Mark from Mission Biunalow, didn't hesitate to rectify this situation. It was a challenge for him since the components were all backordred - another long leadtime tossed into the mix. Mark, howver, kept us informed as to what was going on and when we could, hopefully, expect the recieve the light kits. His "doggerdly pursued" this. It took a few months, but he finally was able to pull all the parts together and get them to us! We can;t say enought about the Customer Service that Mark provided. We would not hesitate to purchase other items from them and plan to down the ine! They have an amazing collection of Mission furniture which would fit in perfectly with our new hoimne. Bottom line is that Mission Bugalow will do everything necessary to make sure your are 100% satisfied with your purchase. I ordered a dining room table and 4 chairs for a friend in March at the St. Petersburg store and Mission Bungalow was paid in full. It was originally said that it would be ready in about 6-8 weeks and it has still not arrived. Now Mark (one of the owners) said that it would be done by September 30 and then said he would issue a refund. In the meantime they’ve closed the store without informing either the purchaser or myself. Poor communication and now not returning phone calls or text messages. Guess we’ll have to sue to recoup any funds. So disappointing after believing they were an ethical business

We wanted a self storing dining room table made be the Amish. My son bought a bedroom set from Mission Bungalow and was very pleased. My order was placed over the telephone. The entire experience from start to finish was the best experience ever. From talking to Mark, telling him what I want and him asking questions led to thee most beautiful dining room table and chairs I could even imagine. The type of wood, the color of stain, the style of table and the style and comfort of the chairs. All of it is perfect. It was delivered without a scratch.
