My mother has been a resident of Ovation for about eight months now and absolutely feels this is home! Staff is caring and professional. They call the residents by name and put a hand on the shoulder of the residents when they are speaking to them as reassurance and to add human touch to their encounters with residents. The marketing people accurately describe life at Ovation and explain everything in detail so there are no surprises. Our mother moved into Ovation’s assisted living a few years ago. After several months it became apparent she should move to memory care. We selected Ovation’s Meadowlark, the female only side of memory care. She has really thrived ! When we visit she is usually in an activity.
