If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiancé and I brought our rings to be resized for our wedding, and when we received them back they were done so poorly. You can see clearly where they were cut. It’s as of they melted together the top and just didn’t do the inside of the ring. My fiancés ring is a gold ring, which a resize should not even be visible. My ring is not as bad, but still is clear where it was resized and was not done well in my opinion. I contacted the store and expressed my dissatisfaction with the rings. I requested my money back, and they told me “we stand by our work, you can come back and we will fix it”. I live 2 hours away and will not be coming back here. Why would I bring rings to be “fixed” when they were done incorrectly the first time? I don’t trust them to fix anything, as it should have been done right, which is what we paid for. I went back and forth on the phone with the owner who ended the conversation with “I will not be giving your money back, have a nice life and a nice wedding”. He also tried telling me that it cost as much as it did because my ring had to be sized down a size and a quarter. I bought it and it was a 6.5, he’s trying to tell me it was a 7. It only got sized down .75 of a size. The whole conversation was him making excuses for the work they did and justifying the price, which was not cheap. He said he “must have missed doing the inside”. How do you miss that? I would have gladly paid it if it was done right. He was rude and dismissive. Their paper bag we received our rings in says “Our highest priority is your satisfaction and confidence”, but this clearly is not the case. Now, right before my wedding, I am out hundreds of dollars and I have to spend more to take these to someone who actually knows what...
