A&B Bagel, Deli and Grill — Restaurant in Randolph Township

I was treated very rudely. I called to place an order. At the time they were out of several items on their menu but we accepted the substitutions. I promised to be there to pick up the order at 3:15 and asked to give my credit card. She hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on again. This was unacceptable. At this point I wasn’t sure if our order was processed so we decided to order elsewhere. They have since called and hung up on me when i answered. I called back and no one answered. Initially, I thought maybe I was just there at a bad time, however, I have learned that it’s not a bad time. It’s just a bad vibe. We have been living in the community for eight years and I do not recall a friendly interaction with the staff at Randolph. Final straw for me was the way they treated us when I was there with my son. The older woman, and the guy who work there had no problem, exchanging pleasantries with other patrons, who looked just like them. We used A&B Randolph location for catering our son’s first birthday party. The owner, Bobby, walked us through the process, our food options, and the quantity recommended without making it overwhelming. The food was prepared on time, and ready for pick up when we arrived. We are still hearing about how delicious the food was at our party. The chicken cutlets were delicious, and the sausage and peppers were a fan favorite. Their specialty six foot subs were a huge hit.
