Shack was clean. They started our fire for us and told us to check back if we needed any help, but we managed to keep the fire going without melting us out. We didn't catch anything on our outgoing morning tide but my friends went before us on an afternoon incoming tide and they caught a bunch. If you want to go, book in advance as they fill up guickly on later day tides. We had a great time despite getting skunked. The bathroom is a glorified outhouse but serves its purpose well. I'm going to go again on a later tide and see if we can't catch something. Have fun and don't forget...

Would have rated 5 stars if it wasn't for the very stout female staff member who decided it was appropriate to fling our door open, yell at us to leave (though it was only 9 and we had paid until 10pm) and then proceed to argue and degrade one of our party members over the noise level. She then proceeded to do the same with several other neighboring shacks, who we talked to after the fact and none had complaints about the noise. Definitely not the way you treat...

They have black ice within 50 ft of shacks. And open water within 100 yards of shacks and there is pack ice in the area by shacks. All I can say is be safe.
