My first and last time ever having this place work on my truck. I had a them repl a ce the sticks and struts, after looking to the parts they used I could see they charged me more than double for parts. They also didn't plug in a sensor which caused every light on my dashboard to light up, causing stability track, abs, and other traction control functions to not work, this was mid January after a huge snow storm. They said it would be 2 weeks for a part to get there because they said it was broken. I took my truck to another mechanic and he simply plugged it back in and haven't had a problem since. I have a family with kids and this place put all ther lives in danger, along with anyone else on the road all to make a quick dollar by screwing people over with inexperienced mechanics. I do have to say the service writers are nice and courteous but this place is terrible. Also, my bstter was just about dead when picking my truck up, it barely started. Never has it done that before or since it's been there. I would recommend anywhere but here for work on your vehicle. 5k worth of work I paid for, I expected the job to be done right the first time, not the second...

My wife took her car in to have the low air light for the tires to be checked. While there they told her they had a special on windshield wipers blade replacement. Against my contuinous advice to her over the years to just let me take care of the windshield wipers she decided to jave them change then. 2 days later we had a wintery drizzle and she had to turn on the windshield wipers with the newly install blades. Within seconds of turning both blades made some terrible nosies and tore off flying in to the air. Made for an interesting drive vack to the house with no windshield wipers in bad weather. After a stop at the auto parts store and a minute or 2 putting our own blades on they worked just fine. I don't think she will every let them change her windshield wiper blades again. So either they had cheap blades, didn't know how to install them or just put the wrong ones on. Or even all of the above. If they can't get wiper blades installed correctly would I really want to trust them doing...

I've come here twice for an emissions test, the staff are all very friendly, and the service is great. Just drive up, give them your keys, and they'll return your car in a few minutes. I also have to commend their honesty. I overhead a technician talking with a customer. He showed him his engine and cabin filter and asked if he wanted them replaced, not trying to convince him that they 'need' to be replaced. He also mentioned his lug nuts were swollen, and that if they removed them, they most likely wouldn't be able to put them back on. The tech said he would need new lug nuts if he wanted his tires rotated. Customer asked why would they use lug nuts that swell, and the tech responded "probably so they can sell more lugs nuts." He said buying them from Ford would be $10/ea and that he would recommend shopping around elsewhere for a better price and to get stainless steel ones. Now that's a highly commendable...
