I was having issues with my computer and I called a few companies for repair. When I spoke with one of the technicians at Trusted IT they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I knew right away that's where I was going to bring my computer for repair and I am sure glad that I did. They provided me with a free estimate, told me exactly what was going on with my computer and what it would take to get it back up and running. Their repair estimate was very reasonable and they got my computer back to me the following day. I have to say it's running better than when I purchased it brand new. Also they followed up a few days later with me to make sure everything was running well. Thank you Trusted IT for your excellent service, fast turnaround, and very reasonable rates. I initially reaching out to Ron for one of my computers because it would not turn on. He was able to turn it back on and install anti virus software, and scan for malware. He was able to do the same for my other two computers and clean up one of the hard- drives.

I was looking for a way to be able to use my desk top and laptop and be able to have access the same files on each device, Ron's suggested the NAS Cloud device. He helped me set it up and showed me how to use it.

Lastly He was able to transferred the data from an old laptop to my new laptop.
