Quit ordering papa John's years ago due to too much bad experience. Decided to give it another try and my past experience repeated itself. After standing in the lobby for almost 10 minutes was finally greeted. Ordered my food and was told it would be approximately 15-20 minutes. K went down the road to get some ice cream for dessert. Returned about 25 later only to be told that our food had just been put in the oven. Waited in the parking lot for it to be finished. So finally about an hour after we ordered we got our food. The manager seemed very disinterested in the running of this store. As a side note, I'm not in the food service industry but I found it very unsettling that not one single employee in there was wearing gloves while handling the food. I thought that was a rule in the food service industry, or at least good manners. But maybe I'm wrong. Overall was another bad experience and will not be returning to this...

When called 30 minutes after delivery time we were informed our food was still on the warmer, they don’t have a driver after 5 and DoorDash should hopefully be there soon. Also was informed that door dash had a few orders to drop off first and that we basically just dropped a good buck for over an hour late, cold pizza. Read moreThe past few times I ordered online, I requested the bleu cheese dressing with the Papadilla, instead of ranch. Each time I got ranch and not bleu cheese. I didn't make it a big deal. Tonight I called the store to verify I'd be getting what I asked for on the order. The worker's vocal tone was rather short and dismissive when I mentioned I haven't been getting the requested product the past few times. He was overly quick to hang up.
