Sontech’s team was incredibly fast, and exceeded all expectations that were set. I was able to build 3 patrol vehicles, and upgrade our fleet exponentially thanks to Sontech. Their team’s combined expertise and knowledge allowed me to maximize the amount of equipment purchased and installed, all while keeping the builds within budget. Not only will we use Sontech for vehicle upfitting, but also the sourcing and installation of radio communication equipment. In addition to that we will also be able to use them for all video and audio recording equipment, which allows for all of our equipment sourcing, installation, and IT needs in one place. Our department was in a crunch for a new vehicle in 2024. After meeting with the SVT crew at the Chief's / Sheriff's conference we stopped to check out the shop. They were able to get us set up with a 2024 Ford PIU with no hassle at all. They are very organized, knowledgeable, and do excellent work. It's obvious no short cuts were taken while building our unit. They were more than willing to answer any questions we had through the upfitting process. We recently purchased a brand new wrecker at LJs Recovery & Transport in Custer SD. I wanted the whole truck to be decked out top to bottom with lights, both emergency and working lights. I coordinated with Matt through the whole process who did an awesome job. Professional workmanship and good communication.
