We arrived not knowing how to do the waivers online on their computers. I asked the staff what to do. They looked at me like they didn't know what to do. So I asked okay do I need a waiver for everyone who isn't jumping aswell ? And the manager came across to me snarling saying yes you need a different waiver. I did not know you had to do it on different computers. So, she continued to get a attitude and come across very mean and rude. I had my husband step in and say we understand your saying the same thing. But your not helping us. We tried to do the different waivers on one computer. She snapped again at him and said it's on different computers that you do the other people. I explained that this should of been explained to begin with. Or at least come and help us, instead you insist on arguing about how to do it. She got even more rude. I told her I'll report her and that this was not good on how to treat people. She said go online and find my supervisors information. I asked for her name and she refused to give me her last name. Further more, I reported her online to the main number. She claimed she was only 18. These places should consider hiring people that is older to run the whole foundation of the company. The place it self is semi big. Not like the ones we have been too. It's a bit out dated. There is NO ONE watching kids, or walking around. So people who do not want to watch their kids is acting crazy and there is no one walking around keeping the rules of the place intaked. The place alone is old, the balls in the pins are old and falling apart and the place has no kids, we had seen maybe 2 families at the place. I'm convinced the staff scared them away. If your rules is posted to NOT BULLY the company should keep their staff accountable and to follow that rule too.
Please higher responsible and nice Individuals at a older age scale for manager positions! This expierence was horrible. As a Washingtonian. If we walk into a establishment and we are not greeted or helped it is shown that we are not wanted and to leave. I'm sure that's why no one was even here to begin with. Save your money and go elsewhere.
The manager we came across was named Gena, if you come across her- please remind her to be nice. She yelled at us across the room and had no good intentions on helping us. Sometimes these kids need to be reminded outside of their home how...

Wow, I never write bad reviews but Genna not only suggested it, she told me how to spell her name, and recommended I call/email her manager, Stephanie. Her exact words were “I’ve been trained to be rude to customers when they have attitudes.” My 10 year old daughter is still in awe about that statement.
She explained that each person needed to fill out a waiver. Cool, been here a dozen times. I filled out my elderly mother’s because she isn’t fluent in English and doesn’t own a computer. Once waivers were filled out, Genna raised her voice in a degrading “customer service/Karen” voice saying “I saw you fill out your mother’s waiver!” Just a nasty person. She was in the mood to argue and wouldn’t stop going tit for tat. It was shocking how badly she wanted to argue. She was also disheveled and appeared unbathed.
Interesting for a company to be so concerned with safety when the sidewalks were not shoveled or salted and park equipment was broken without a caution sign.
To make matters worse, I was overcharged and instead of apologizing, Genna blamed it on me! If Genna is going to be around children in a chaotic environment, I hope her manager re-trains her. Genna was even heard on the phone speaking with Stephanie about me and my mother, probably to get ahead of this review. This whole, be rude to customers doesn’t seem like a good business model, especially since the park itself is dirty and extremely rundown. Bathrooms smell like sewage, drinking fountains have been broken for months, tornado game barely spits out wind, and equipment is broken .
This isn’t the only bad review Genna has gotten. I have read several about her. I recommend customers check out Jump n Slide Adventure Park- comparable prices and the park is pristine, with a...
Read moreI hosted a birthday party on a warm April Saturday. The temp in my party room was unbearable, with no airflow and the thermostat read 80 degrees in the cooler main area upstairs. I immeadiately requested to have the temp lowered and Staff indicated Mgmt would not allow them to turn down the Air, and instead told them to open the exterior door. My elderly parents who traveled for the birthday weren't able to stay in the overheated party room I paid so much money for. Mgmt on site was helpless and Mgmt off site didn't follow through on promise to return and speak with me. Was offered a room on the 1st floor over an hour into my party as the kids were about to come open presents and the room was set up. Was told by staff that many parties had complained, that AC contractor had been called and staff didn't know how to lower the temp, after being told they weren't allowed to. Despite my request for money back, I was told the out of state Mgmt declared "that's how hot the rooms get". If a party room reaches above 80 degrees in April, heaven help the birthday parties in August. Uncaring Mgmt has lost a local customer. I requested contact from the out of state Mgmt, including writing my number on my credit card signature receipt...never received a call. Poor service recovery and absent follow up over a week later. Had to track down staff on the first floor for the contracted water bottles and additional pitchers of soda, staff on the second floor kept disappearing. Very very upset over the experience, can't recommend this place for...
