To whom it may concern, I cannot begin to thank Jackson Lumber & millwork enough for you wonderful donation of the wood to Paul Bernard Jr. & his crew to rebuild our handicap ramp for my husband & myself !! I was thinking maybe just nailing down the boards would help , but they really were a mess .. warped , popping up , easily tripped over . I didn’t know Paul would go this far as to ask YOUR company for help with this matter … I cried when he called & told me . As he probably told you , my husband, 77, ( of almost 54 years ) a U.S. AF Vietnam Veteran, has Alzheimer’s , along with heart problems . His walking gait has completely changed over the last 4+ years to very small shuffling steps .. typical of this disease , but very scary for me to watch ; specifically on the old ramp , trying to get him safely down it, to the car ! For you to donate the wood needed to fix the base of the ramp was an unbelievable gesture of kindness & generosity . And Paul Bernard Jr. & parents & crew to come do this and a couple other things that had to be fixed was such a Godsend for us !! A weight has truly been lifted off my shoulders , and again I can’t THANK YOU enough for your help ! Sincerely , Leslee & Michael Cunningham The AWESOME people that did all this work are listed below: From the Warrior Brothers MC Club : Paul Bernard Jr., ( who organized all this ) Ben Vincent Tom ( OB) From American Vet ( VMC): Tyler Nelson And also the following people that were there working so hard : Paul Bernard Sn. & his wife Rachael Donald Bernard ( Dad of Paul Snr., grandfather of Paul Jr. ) Tammy Lewis ( Toms wife ) ( who worked her butt off too) Love to you all 💕

I would stay away from Jackson Lumber at all costs. I;ve had several dealings with them over the last 7 years and all of them have been handled extremely poorly. The last incident just occurred last week. Several of my windows were leaking between the panes. I started a warranty claim to get the lower sashes replaced. Worked with a guy "Chris" and apparently he couldn't figure it out. Communication was fine at first. The window replacements I paid for magically showed up in 2 weeks. I had worked with "Chris from Oct 2019 thru January 2020. After January all communication stopped. He never reached out and after 4 months I contacted him again for the 8th time and he said contact the manufacturer and its not his problem. I was hoping that the poor customer service environment at Jackson would have changed from 7 years ago. Sadly it hasn't.

I have 2 other other interactions with Jackson Lumber that are just as poor. Go...

I had a deal go south a few years back and I was between a rock and a hard spot. Wrong door and when delivered I had already opened up the house so tool the door to close the opening and rehanded it myself. We are talking a triple sliding door. So I stayed away from doing any big deals with them till now. I scheduled a morning delivery a week out and they failed to deliver a paid delivery told me they sold out before my delivery! No notice. They would have a truck come the next day from a different location and be there at 8 am only to make me wait an hour and half later no notice. I am done....
