They do a good job on maintaining the train 🚂 depot. Repairing the roof, putting up Christmas 🎄 lights and the occasional tours and events to raise $. Update: Saturday afternoon, July 2021; Visited town fair and Historical Museum 🖼️. A few cars and buildings were open. Interesting historical information. Food was being served from the train 🚂 station. 🥞 Pancake breakfast was being served during the fair. Update: July, 2022: New Hampshire Garden Railroad Society had a small garden railroad set up at the train 🚂🚃 station. Larger trains but not as much on display as last year. Update: Saturday morning 🌞, August 2022 &23 I found out that the Raymond Historical Society had a pancake 🥞 breakfast fundraiser. My growing fascination of 🚂🚃 trains and recent Rockingham trail walking caused me to stop by. Large pancakes, with sausage, served with real maple 🍁 syrup, coffee ☕ or tea 🍵 and OJ were good 👍. Read moreName is a misnomer, this is an outdoor place that you can walk yourself around. Old train cars (you can ring a bell), a jail cell, pillory, and the rest (schoolhouse, etc) were closed while we were there on a weekday. Ice cream shop was also closed but looked cute.
