I bought a bike so that I could use it to go around this small town (Raymondville) i/o using my car. Unfortunately, the bike pedal fell off, but the thread had been worn away, so I could not fix it myself. I brought the bike back to this pawn shop, and Hector, offered to repair it.

When I returned the following day, Hector informed me that he could not fix it, either. And since I had not purchased the "protection plan," the store manager was not going to take it back even though I had just purchased it less than two weeks earlier.

Fortunately, the area manager, Paco, who was leaving after conducting his visit, overheard our conversation and directed Hector to "make me whole." I picked out another bike, paid the difference in price, and left with a much better bike and better-suited for my size.

Thank you, Hector and Paco. for saving my initial investment. I accepted the store's no-return policy w/o question, but Paco's decision proved to me that this store's management believes in taking care of...

You can’t even pawn anything here. Printers aren’t taken anymore, keyboards aren’t taken without their “set” of a monitor and mouse. Which doesn’t make sense because there are keyboards without a computer and monitor attached to it. They don’t take cameras that don’t have megapixels or are “too old”. Which I don’t see why because I see plenty of people collecting vintage/older cameras. They barely give you anything when pawning. Also the two women at the front desk seem to hate their job or at least makes them bored. My mom was trying to ask a question but the employee got on her phone instead. She has long black hair and dark eyeliner. The other one pretended to be on the computer but was “secretly” on her phone scrolling while customers were waiting for their turn to be attended. I stopped by to say hello to my niece Sophia. I looked around and found a pretty wallet and of course I had to have it. A very helpful and friendly employee his name is Justin he helped me with my purchase. He was kind helpful and very friendly. I was very pleased with his service. I live in San Antonio and I’m glad I stopped by for a visit and to shop and find what I wanted. Thank you Justin for your service. He deserves a raise.
