Starter soup was refrigerated and cold when served. I have no idea why. Last time I went it was served hot.
Fish and shrimp platter was good. Everything was seasoned well. Fries were seasoned as well. All of the items in the plate were hot. Breading and seasoning seems to have changed from last visit.
Ice scoop is being hung in the ice machine, in a sanitary manner. However, staff might out your drink's bottom on top of the ice, which is unsanitary
Every time I go there seems to be something with their food. Shows the lack of quality assurance steps when serving their food.

I took a seat in the smallish/medium dining area. Pained nicely. Somewhat bare on the walls with decorations or signage. The cashier/waitress brought out a fish soup apperitif. It was balanced in flavors and I cleared the small bowl. I had to order a large 1liter soup to go.
I ordered their frequented/popular 2 fish, 6 shrimp platter, side of rice pilaf, and a Dr. Pepper.
Fish Their fish is breaded and fried in house, the breading sticks fairly well. Does not fall apart when you bite it.
Shrimp The shrimp are large in size, and breaded, but the breading kind of falls off when you take a bite.
Fish&Shrimp Sides The sides the plate comes with are 2 hush puppies, a side of slaw (ordered mine without), a decent serving of fries for 1-2 people, and a piece of corn on the cob. Fries are bland, hush puppies were luke warm.
Rice Pilaf The rice pilaf, I can't make a judgment call on because I don't know what I was expecting, but I got some rice with butter on it. Didn't taste much besides the butter on it.
Ice Their ice machine looks clean.. however, the ice scoop was stored inside the ice machine instead of outside of it, due to the handle not being clean. Consider designating a clean spot to store the scoop outside of the machine to avoid a health inspection finding.
Breading Their breading was too salty. I would ask the chef to taste the food/breading before it goes out to the customers. It undermined the...

Fish and shrimp lacked flavor and Shrimp Alfredo ordered, i must say the noodles were under cooked, to include the hush puppies were not thoroughly cooked. Its been from my past experience that your restaurant is practicing ration control on portions previously served which are now lacking. On your menu you need to stipulate what kind of fried fish is being served to the customer. It was also my observation that your cook needs to thoroughly clean his grill to the bare stainless steel its suppose to be. Lastly, it is from my personal perspective that for your restaurant to be successful you need to match the portions to the prices you charge for each plate so I am asking you to please increase the portions otherwise you will be facing your restaurant losing business which it already is because it takes so long for you to put the food to your...
Read moreThe food was really good when we finally got it. Close to 45 minutes after we ordered. We had ordered 2 principios of fish soup but we got vegetable soup and this took awhile to get to our table. We told the waitress but she looked confused and just smiled. We had to speak firmly that we didn't want it so she could take it back. We had waited so long for our food, I had gotten up to tell the waitress we were leaving and to cancel our order. Again she smiled. Luckily our food had just arrived along with our fish soup. The fried tilapia chicharones were good and my husband's tacos gorbernador were good too.
