The owner’s customer service skills are lacking on all levels. My brother mistook an item as a package and the person working the store watched him load everything not knowing any different than he did. We got down the road and got a call from the owner stating we had STOLEN a dresser from her and needed to bring it back it pay for it. REALLY! We stole it?!? It was a misunderstanding from the post showing all 3 pieces in the photo as the sale. We apologized for the misunderstanding and turned around to be further be treated badly by her over the phone. The item has since been paid for but only after she refused to refund any money or discount the dresser at all. The way she talked to us and accused us of trying to steal all after we also had made an additional purchase for another piece. We will NEVER do business there again and will warn anyone else!

RESPONSE: You absolutely did say we were stealing and your employee confirmed it. There was not one there to unload it no was an offer made. You refused to give us a refund for the “Misunderstanding” so we had no choice but to pay for the dresser and move on with our day. Nothing about your tone or comments were polite. Very cute store with many interesting items and DIY furniture refinishing supplies, including an extensive selection of Dixie Belle Paint, mediums & tools (my new favorite)! There are also darling vintage items, including furniture, recycled-look bags of all sizes, cute clothing, and many gift options… such as candles, melters (like scentsy), trinkets, jewelry, & more! Friendly personnel good location!

Prices are very reasonable, get to take furniture home same day and do not have to wait on shipping, the furniture is well made and durable by talented locals.
