Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Raymore

I always have a specialty shake when I stop by Sonic but I must say that the Sonic in Raymore mo, puts the one in Belton MO to shame with overall quality service from there food to the carhops that make sure you have the condiments and a smile when they serve you your food and the management keeps the flow of customer smoothly coming and going and makes sure what orders goes out the door are correct and fresh as well as the Cold treat's looks like what you see and ordering off the menu. Thank you Raymore Sonic for your delicious food and frozen treats I come clear across from the other side of town and I will drive right on past the Belton Sonic to go-to the Raymore Sonic by far hands down the overall better Sonic experience!!... The last three times I went to Belton waited 45mins for half melted shake a quarter of it was whip cream and melted after had to remind them about the order another time completely messed up the order and when we told them politely their manager acted like we shouldn't have brought them back the messed up order and still has not refunded or replaced the order spent 38.$for a10$ order so we left and said that we would not be eating At Belton Sonic until they fix what ever their management is not doing!... Sorry...

My family moved to Kansas City when I was 9 years old, so Sonic has been one of our favorites for 42+ years now. We have eaten at SEVERAL locations over the years without issue. That’s why it actually saddens me to write this review, but honestly and truthfully this was the absolute worst experience we’ve EVER had. I understand that we chose to order during half time of this evenings playoff game, but if you don’t want to do your job, please just request the time off next time. The order was incorrect TWO times at the restaurant itself and incorrect a 3rd time once we got home (INCLUDING the beverages). Not to mention that ALL items ordered were over cooked, yet cold….?? Normally this location is great, but this last visit 06/28 made me super sick. My husband and I ate here. I got a number 8 chili cheese dog, chili cheese tots and a sweet tea. Also tried one of those bacon ranch wraps. The hot dog was rough in texture like it had been on the roller way too long. I asked my husband how his was and he said his tasted fresh. I hadn’t eaten all day and this location is normally on point with their food sowe finished our food and went home. About an hour and a half later, my stomach starts to hurt. Two hours after that I start throwing up the hot dog. Nausea and vomiting kept me up all night. All day the following day, I had nausea and other symptoms as it’s clearing from my system.
