HTeaO - Raymore — Restaurant in Raymore

I love this place, however, one of their employees needs to get their act together. It was a young girl; I came around 5pm on Wednesday sept 4th, drive thru. I have her name if the owner was to call me.

She was rude to me, I asked her to cut the Georgia peach tea with 1/4 unsweet, and she told me no at first that the tea was already made, (I have had them do this before so I know it’s possible) I asked her again and she said “ok. (In an entitled tone) and then told me my total. I pulled up and paid, she didn’t offer a drink carrier for 4 drinks, I asked for one and she acted annoyed like I was putting her out. Also, the teas tasted like she didn’t cut them like I asked. This is her job. Do it with a smile. I pay your bills when I buy tea 3-4 times...

I love HTeaO the one in Dallas has such great service. I get 5 gallons of water and they always rinse and replace lids. I recently moved to Belton Mo, so I was excited to see an HTeaO in Raymore. The first time I went in they didn’t rinse my jugs out and they didn’t put the toppers on correctly and water spilled. Second and third time it happened again and they never just replace the toppers on their own free will . I have to request. The Dallas Tx location took great care of me and always offered to take my jugs out to my car. And always asked for phone number for points…. Nope not here it’s like they just want me out as quick as possible. I hope the service gets better. I do enjoy the tea and water...

This place is awesome. You walk in and it's self serve, they have a bunch of flavors unsweet or sweet for whatever you prefer. You can mix and match flavors. There are sample cups so you can taste it before you fill up your cup with it. Even their ice is really good. They also have other items like cupcakes, merch, hot drinks, you can even have them fill up a big jug with their premium water. Happy hour (half off from 2-4) is the best time to come. Sign up for the rewards to earn a free gallon of tea after however many visits. They also have lemon slices, orange slices, lime slices, and maraschino cherries. They usually don't charge if I add the fruit but one time they did so I'm not sure if it's...
