Giving five stars as to not drag the rating down, because I am so happy there is a grocery store in the middle of this neighborhood! That being said, customer service is hit, or miss. On my last visit the cashier checking me out was super unprofessional, and even stopped in the middle of my transaction to open the chiefs game on her phone and check the score. She then proceeded to speculate about the game, scores, etc. despite me expressing no interest. She began talking to other employees about the game and ignoring my groceries. When I was getting ready to pay one of her family members showed up at the checkout, and they proceeded to have another chat while I was waiting on my receipt. Check out was very long and I felt I was being ignored most of the time. That being said 90% of my visits have been good! Prices are high but I suppose you pay for convenience. Bought rotisserie chicken and it was very moist and well seasoned. The gentleman that helped me at the delivery was wonderful. I got the crab salad, baked beans, baked potato salad and amish Mac salad. I am really picky about my Mac salad. It looked almost like mine and if you add cheddar chunks and green olives it was almost exactly like mine. The Mac salad was not the choice I wanted but the man went to get that instead of the potatoe salad and then realized I hadn't ordered that so we kind of joked that he thought I would like it and he told me how good it was and boy was he right. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the stink. As we were shopping we noticed the out dates. It's April 2nd and we found stuff outdated since February, dairy products, can goods, and almost everything. The meat is brown,melted Ice-cream laying in the aisles,also watched a stocker just throwing new stuff on top of the old without rotating the stock. We told the manager about this and he just shrugged it off so we just left and went to a different store.
