Came in to get a stove and look at a fridge. Walked out with a new stove, fridge and mini fridge for my husband. They gave us an amazing deal on everything. Friendly staff and they are family owned business. I will continue to support their business. I recommend checking this place out. They genuinely care I wanted all my appliances to match but the fridge in that brand was more than what I budgeted for and she found me a matching fridge and made me a deal. Now my kitchen is going to look great. I really appreciate that and just want to say thank you again.UPDATE… My husband went to pick up our appliances tonight and when he got there the fridge we had bought had been damaged sometime between Saturday and pick up today. The owner was great she replaced the fridge, but she didn’t just replace it she upgraded it. I looked at the fridge when I was store and loved but didn’t want to spend that much on a fridge. She went above and beyond making sure we were happy with our appliances. Thank you for genuinely caring about your customers. The first experience I had was good When they relocated I tried them again right before christmas then yes I ran late due to not a vehicle to pick up my table and chairs so I called asked about could I still pick up was told she needed ticket number ok cool so instead I came in the store she recalled me then proceeds to tell me my husband picked it up her and her son loaded but she would try to check her cameras not sure if they would go back that far I said ok check I had to keep calling she said she didn't have time finally she did and her footage did not go back that far but she still recalled my husband picking it up the same day I asked what kind of vehicle did they load it in she didn't recall because her and her son was arguing and he loaded so I asked about the receipt she said she saw it Wanted to know how that was possible since I had the receipt I. Well let's just start with the positive. The employees are wonderful and willing to help, but that doesn't fix my problem!!! My significant other and I thought we could cut corners and purchase a used washer and dryer for half the price of a brand new one. We were shopping around at best buy and wanted to spare some extra cash so we decided to try out this place, given the spectacular reviews. We ended up finding and buying a used whirlpool caribo set for $450 with tax. Within the FIRST USE the dryer fried out and water from the Washer was leaking from the bottom. So, we gave them a call given that they said they would fix it for the duration of the ownership... Awesome! So we asked, when would they like to come over and fix it?
