So I did an online order, submitted my order and it took me like 3 minutes to find my shoes and 8 minutes to get to the store from my house. I get there, tell them I have an online order, they pour my freezes and I'm off. I get home and my 4 tacos are so soggy that they just fall apart and I'm missing a green burrito and a cantina chicken burrito. I call the store and tell them this, the guy on the phone tells me that my order was processed 30 minutes ago and that's why the tacos are soggy. I tell him it took me 11 minutes after I submitted my order to get shoes and arrive at the store and if they hadn't been premade and sitting around before they still wouldn't have been that soggy when I got them home. I will say they did replace my soggy tacos and my missing burritos, but when I got to the store 5:02 seconds after I got off the phone nobody knew about the phone call. So the girl at the front looked like a deer in the headlights and went and got Ali (a man with long hair) and he came over and started poking around on the register, didn't say anything to me. No "I'm sorry you had missing items" or "sorry we messed up." Nothing, not one word. He prints off what he poked into the register and handed it to a young guy who was busting butt while others were standing around laughing and playing on their phones. He made my items and apologized when he handed me the bag. The manager should have said something like that also. It shouldn't have fallen onto the kid working the line to apologize. I've been here several times and they're so snotty here, they cut you off when your still ordering in the drive-thru, and you can have just a few items and it'll take 20 minutes to get your order. Plus it smells like horrible BO and musty water in there, every time we eat there someone always gets sick, and the cinnamon twists are so stale not even my dog...

Traveling thru? Trust that it will be like 'back home'? DON'T. Unreliable, at best. They fix it how they want it; maybe with or without sour cream, or tomato, or rice, or beans. You might get beef, or chicken, or black beans. And, it's been this way for the last 2 years, at least. I live close, yet travel far for my Bell fix; experience taught me to do that. Tonight, no other choice. Had to return to get 3 simple tacos.....the first ones they made were Supremes and I am HIGHLY ALLERGIC to sour cream. Would have made me very very sick.....So, by the time I got back home, my burrito was stiff, cool and tasteless, and oozing sour cream that I had EXCLUDED when ordering.....? CAVEAT EMPTOR BUYER BEWARE

Ignored me when I asked for the receipt for the order I had finally gotten to pay for. Didn't not want to even let me get it had to ask twice when it should have been handed to me once I got to pay for my 3 dollar order. Had I treated a customer like that when I worked at taco bell I'd have been in the managers office even before the customer I'd treated that way was gone. Not only that but I had to repeat myself 4 times for her to even figure out I asked for 2 of the same item and not 1 of a different item. I will not be coming back to this tacobell just before dinner probably for ever. I only make it out to this part of town about 3 times a year. Coming in at 4pm don't go to this taco bell. Wait till after dinner or go before 11 am otherwise I pray you don't get...
