So went here for the 1st time about 3 weeks ago service was good not such a busy day food was decent only thing with my food was the rice was over salted sent back but other food was ok. Fast forward to week ago I was at home decide I wanted Mexican so called them to place an pick up order but I had no menu so when I called the guy advised me I could visit the website for full menu and prices I also asked can I order online he said yes so I visited the site and saw what I wanted wrote it down decide to call and place order. Called him back he said pick up in 10 mins no name taken or total given. I get to restraint and the man advised me of my total and lord behold its $5-$6 more than I thought it would be based on online prices. I advised him of the prices online he advised me they are in process of updating the menus so prices are more now than the old menu and in my opinion that's was not my issue and this should have been told to me over the phone simple as hey yes we do have an online menu but prices arent correct please call us back for prices, but it was not so I was forced to pay more than I bargained for he said he told his manager I asked they honor the price I was given online showed him prices on my phone. He looks at me confused and states I told my manager other wise good bye lady so I took my gross pre rolled enchiladas and $10.99 quesadilla home upset and that's where you find this review service, service service! Read moreWe came here yesterday for my sons birthday. We should have left when we entered. There was no one at the front to greet, which is surprising since there wasn’t a single person dining, this should have also been another indicator to us that we should leave.
There is old dried food stuck to the floor as we walk to our seats, not fresh needs to be picked up, this is mopped over crusted and laminated into the floor now.
We sit, menus are grimy as can be, remember the 2-3 waitresses were sitting idling when we entered. The bathrooms were not stocked, both were out of paper towels, great for a mom with a child with sensory processing disorder who can’t stand to have his hands wet.
Food was extremely cold when served, no way to mention to staff since they never came back out until the check was presented to our table of plates we picked through. We should have known better.
Maybe I’m crazy but since I can remember as a child, even now when I am dining elsewhere, when it is someone’s birthday they are typically celebrated at a Mexican restaurant. My son was disappointed, I was embarrassed, it was a fail all around.

Something made me ill, threw up several times. Rice and chicken enchilada. Called restaurant to report the incident, very nice young lady said bring food back for a replacement meal. Informed her, currently I'm too sick to drive. Would be returning meal the next day, did not want a replacement meal from the possible same batch of rice and chicken. Next day returned food that I clearly had only consumed a very small portion of the food. waiteress/cashier very rudely looked at me, placed the food on the counter and proceeded waiting on other customers. Stood there dumbfounded, finally after she had waited on several customers while I was still standing at the register, asked if she intended upon address me and giving me a refund. Cashier walked away, toward kitchen area, me having to follow her.
