Dollar General — Local services in Reading

Stopped on again today at 2 Feburary 25th 2 pm yhe store was all lit up but yje doors were locked. About 10 people tried to get in including a elderly lady walking with a cane. Please FIRE the employees if yhey sre to lazy to work Once I would have given this a 5 star. But was in the other day and the place is a dump. The cashier was high as a kite. Meand another customer were looking a birthday cards and all of a sudden there was a announcement made "please remove the item you stuck in your pockets we do not tolerate shop lifting and will prosecute" the other giy snd I will very affected. Very unorganized store! Wrong prices on items but what really made my experience worst was that it was only one person working in the store ONE! the people that were coming in weren’t being checked or count! No control of how many people on the store at all! I saw way too many people i side the store just running inside without any mask on, covering with one hand and then touching stuff with that same hand 🙄 and the Poot cashier who had q huge line didn’t say anything! That is very irresponsable not only the customers without it but also the store 👎🏼 I won’t be coming back...

This store sucks! They always either open hours after the posted time or close hours before. Half the staff is extremely unfriendly and the store is always a total disaster. Don’t bother trying to bring in a stroller or come in in a wheel chair because they permanently have carts full of back stock all over the place that they never put away and you 100% will not fit through the isles. The chances of getting completely locked in an isle by carts that customers are having to move themselves to get to items on the shelves is very high. Not sure how they’ve ever passed an...
