What you folks have accomplished with the museum and all the preservation around Red Cloud is amazing. You should be very very proud! I had a fantastic tour by one of your very knowledgeable guides. Every nook and cranny we got to see in your little town made me think how many other stories there are out there in world. Left me with tons to think about, and not just about Willa Cather. An absolute must for Willa Cather fans and for anyone interested in our prairie pioneers and what they endured. The center has well organized exhibits and make sure you see the opera house on the second floor. We experience the Prairie Tour and the City Tour and learned so much from both. If one is a Willa Cather fan, this is the place to be. There is a fabulous collection of artifacts on her, a video, and points around Red Cloud that are associated with her books. The volunteers there at the foundation were very accommodating, and ready to answer any questions. Copies of "Oh Pioneer," produced by Hallmark were on hand as well.
