I felt like I entered the twilight zone of food. I was in for a tournament and ordered a mushroom bacon cheeseburger. I asked if the mushrooms were cooked fried or sautéed she said yes. She then brought me back a cheeseburger with canned uncooked mushrooms on them. Lots of them. I sent it back and she asked me to pay her. I said I'd like to wait to see if they intended to correct it. When I tried to pay her with my card she told me she only takes cash. When I asked what she said that she paid cash for my food so I have to pay cash, well I don't carry cash I'm here to bowl not gamble, so I had to borrow cash to avoid an ATM fee. I then asked for a drink and she brings me a Pepsi and says it's free. When she comes back to offer a refill she brings it back and informs me that she should have charged me for the pop but she's not sure why because pop is free in the casino. But she'll let me have it this time. Oh did I mention I needed to pay for grenadine if I wanted cherry Pepsi. I asked when ordering fries if they have seasoned sour cream and she said yes. She brought me packets of regular sour cream. The burger was dry held the fries were cold half hard and crunchy and when I got my refill it was warm with my same ice remnants from when it went away meaning it had the same water from the melted ice in it. And yes you could taste the water. The server explained this is her 3rd time working the bowling side and is normally in the casino. Oh did I mention they don't have menus for the tables so when I asked for a menu it took 20 mins to get a version of one....

Read morePhones and staff do not pick up to answer questions. Website is not clear about open bowling and tournaments. Discounts are not honored even after purchases and staff lie and call security on people not causing any disturbances. Just because you make a complaint to customer service/ management. They send security to ask questions. Not management. Security stalks you all the way to the door to make sure you exit the building. My wife has pictures of that and I have pictures of customer service who did nothing to make sure our experience was a pleasurable one. Don't make complaints or you will be stalked down. You feel like a minority and criminal like if you make a complaint. None was honored and certainly not addressed. Instead they made us feel like criminals in front of our kids. Please boycott this establishment. We did nothing wrong and surveillance will prove that. Along with our photos. We feel violated at this place of business. Will be talking to tribal council if needed to make changes to their bowling establishment. This could have been solved by good customer service skills but apparently they do...

Three weeks ago I ordered cheese curls and pizza both over cooked and dry. Today I spoke with the supervisor and said seeing it has been three weeks they couldn't do anything about it during all this time I have been trying to reach them with no success.
