Ethan helped us when we got to CyberQuest tonight, and he was awesome! They were actually scheduled to close shortly after we arrived, but he stayed open a little later so my two boys could still play some and not be disappointed. As a mom running super behind after a day of work and life, arriving late after promising her kids a few hours of CyberQuest would’ve been the worst way to end my night if it wasn’t for Ethan… He was amazing for going above and beyond not only for staying open later, but being so friendly and personable, allowing us to feel comfortable and not at all annoyed like we were keeping him on overtime. I honestly can’t remember the last time I’ve received customer service like I did here tonight. Read moreOverall a good place if you're already staying at the casino. Based on the 4.9 stars we made this a destination, which I would say it is not worth driving for. It was clean and staff was friendly. All Games were in good condition and none were out of order. Games are pretty standard compared to any small arcade, mostly skill/luck to earn tickets. Most games were 100 or 200 points and are a quick spin or a wheel or flick a ball up a ramp, not really entertaining to me. Bought $50 in tickets and each kid ended up with a small stuffed animal for a prize. Overall a good experience and a fun place to go if you're in the area, but don't make a special trip from...
