SCAM SCAM SCAM!! BEFORE YOU SIGN UP FOR THEIR REWARDS PROGRAM READ BELOW. I have been loyally shopping here for +3 years. I was going here several times a week and would spend well over $350 here monthly. I have seen all the cashiers and dealt with them all and never had any real issues except the occasion disrespectful comment on my dreadlocks from one of the older cashiers. But I don't let 1 ruin the bunch. HOWEVER after today I will no longer be doing business with this company. I went to use my rewards card balance of +$9 as I always do when it gets near $10 but this time I was told I COULD NOT USE MY rewards or the card for that matter because it had my girlfriends name on it. This is not about some little $10 but its on principle and from someone who has worked managememt most of his life. I have never seen a company deny a rewards card from the same household. When we set up this card we used my girlfriends name and the employee did not do their due diligence and inform us only one of us could use the card. Im not sure if this is a new policy but the situation was handled poorly for a long time customer even faithful during these Covid 19 times to support the business. They will receive no more of my support. I expect whoever handles the sales report shall see a noticeable decline and Terrapin, mainly Hobsecutioner as well as in the Crown apple dept. For the cashiers to see me that much on a weekly and monthly basis knowing I've always used the same card and claimed the points and not one person make it right is unbelievable. I’ll start out with the positives about this location. This store generally has a great selection of just about anything one would expect to find in a FD. My track record of being able to fulfill my list of things needed is about 95% success at this location. If they by chance don’t have something they’ll generally go out of their way to find it for you. The staff is for the most part very pleasant and friendly. Of course the prices are almost always a good bargain. Having said that I’ll now move to the negatives. To start with it has a less than easy to access entrance. I know this isn’t the stores fault but it leaves something to be desired IMO. The store as I said is generally well stocked…however, it’s not necessarily stocked on shelves. The isles are crowded and cluttered with over flow to the point that more times than not you’re unable to access entire isles. I’m my experience you have to leave your cart somewhere that’s sort of clear. Then you traverse through the maze of boxes grabbing the items you need and hauling them back to your starting point. Once you’re ready to check out you have to pray that there’s a clear path way to the registers. If you’re lucky you can simply push your cart up and unload it… if not you’ll have to make trips with arm loads of items until you’ve emptied everything. it's a liquor store it's a basic story that management and the owners they are horrible people they do not know how to have respect for other people in order to have respect for themselves but they expect you to spend money and break it next to get into the store and spend money and treat you any kind of way they don't care for people that break down in their parking lots they don't care to help you if you have a broken out of vehicle in the parking lot as well so be cautious when you go to this specific liquor store like don't you they are a basic store that really doesn't care about anything but income which most businesses should be like that but if you're in a business like myself you always make sure you accommodate each and every single customer to make them feel comfortable and make them want to come back and continue to spend money with you for a reason other than that please don't ever have a broken down vehicle in their parking lot they're going to get your car towed away and not tell you anything and I'm going to act like they're clueless about your vehicle please and please and pleaseif you ever do have a breakdown you can go to Google and look up DMR emergency roadside services that is a 24-hour service that will come to you no matter what the...
