I wish I can give them no stars because I went there for the first time and the management was rude, the prices are ridiculous and they do not answer the phone. I mean you can't ever get in contact with that store at all. I got a case of drinks and it had a price tag on it for 30% off which had the 16.59 price on it. I went to get a whole salmon chop up and I couldn't even get it the way I wanted even though they have a big sign up telling you how you can get your fish. They charge me 120 for a salmon that they did not even give me all my pieces of especially if I'm paying 120 for it. I took all my items to the front and cash out then I saw my bill. I told the cashier what the price was of the case of juice I got. Plus I showed her the price tag on the case. She took it off and told the manager the lady with the dreads . She already seem to be having a issue because the way she spoke to the one employee was so not professional especially in front of customers. The manager went to the back with the price sticker they took off my case of juice and then when she came back she told me that's not the price and if I don't want it then I can leave it. She even continued and said that we never mark down juices here so I don't know how that sticker got there so if you don't want it that's fine if you do then you will pay the regular price. Then she walked off SMH. I will not be ever coming back there. I will make sure that I don't ever recommend anybody to come to that establishment because of how everything was handled and plus I was cheated out...
   Read moreHave been coming here for over a year. Came yesterday, April 25th. Waited in line to enter (10 shoppers were allowed in at a time). As I approached the door, I was told to put a mask on. After washing my hands I was allowed in to shop. Once inside, I picked up two items and waited in a long check out line. There were makers for 6 ft separation but workers/ owner continued to step directly in front of me while I was in line and point at the shelves speaking an unfamiliar language. As I finally made to to be the next person to be called up to check out. I was rudely approached by a cashier she told me that I would not be able to purchase my items because I did not have a mask on. (This is not a law or ordinance at this time and I cannot wear a mask for medical reasons) This business should understand local and state laws and ordinances. I believe this was discriminatory because others were allowed in to shop that didnât have a mask in and there were shields that separated the shopper from the cashiers. The lady that approached me was about 5 inches from my person just to tell me that I had to leave and wouldnât be able to shop there.    Read moreI have shopped at this store for so many years but I feel like they don't care about their customers. This year father's day weekend I stopped by there on the way home just to grab some groceries, Not knowing that the store was closing early, cool. I can understand that, but when my godmother and I arrived at the check out, this dirty drugged looking white girl with nasty teeth was so freaking rude to us, I hurried up and got out of there before a confrontation occured, obviously by that time I was irritated. I asked her " are you having a good day"? She said oh I have a cold so that's why you're being nasty to the people that support your job. I left now today the bag of rice I purchased that day is fulled of bugs. Shockingly, I checked the rice just to see, and it is filled with little creatures. I have been calling them, but no one is answering the phone which is bad customer service. Depends on how this end, I don't blame them for this incident but as a merchant you are responsible for what you sell. Things happen, so I look forward to going up there to exchange this bag...
