I’ve been going to this nail salon and supporting Tracy (the owner) for years and have been loyal through all the staff changes. But today was the final straw for me.

I called on Sat. afternoon to make an appt with Cara for a pedicure on Sunday. I asked for an 11am appointment but the person on the phone let me know they didn’t open until 12 - but she’ll see if Cara could come in early.

I said “no, that’s ok. I didn’t want her to have to come in early. I can come at 12.”

We agreed to the time and ended the call. About an hr later I received a text to confirm.

I show up on Sunday at 12, and see several people being serviced, Cara being one of the nail techs working on someone. No big deal, bc I assume she should be finished in the next 20 mins or so.

Someone asks what service I came for and I said “I have an appt with Cara at 12, for a pedicure.”

Cara looks up and says hi, then continues with the client in front of her. After a bit, Cara comes over and asks me about the appointment. I told her o called the day before and made it. She said she didn’t know about that and asked if I could come back at 1. I let her know I had an event at 2, so that wouldn’t work. She insisted that 1 would be fine, but I knew that a 30 min pedicure was not going to work so I stressed that I made the appointment for 12 because I had somewhere to go at 2.

Cara then asks me to come back at 3 or tomorrow. With this being the third time this has happened with her, I was over it and said, “I can’t come back at 3 - it’s okay.” And got up to leave.

She shouted “I’m sorry,” as she made her way back to her client and as I was headed out of the door.

Again, this is not the first time this has happened with Cara, in fact the third. But definitely the last because I won’t...

THE WORST SERVICE I'VE RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!!!!!!! I spent 4 Hours in this place. Why? Because the woman who did my nails rushed putting on the polish, so much so that the gel was lop sided. She was very rough and angry. She used to work at Nail Infinity, but she needs to retire. To make matters worse there was barely any more polish in the bottle and boy did she make it stretch ! They all have no respect for the people who come there because if they did they wouldn't have the gel LIGHTS DUCT TAPED! That is the cheapest mess I have ever seen. They have 3 gel Lamps With Duct Tape!!! The lady also took a cotton ball and squeezed all of the acetone on the FLOOR!!!!!! Then she had the nerve to want to do my eyebrows. NO! I asked her could she fix my nails and she said NO! I told them give me the file and I will do it myself. I had to get the gel removed and reapplied by someone else who KNEW the other lady did a bad job and was RUDE! My nails were square, then she made them POINTY. I NEVER TOLD HER TO DO THAT. I hope this place shuts down because it's not like they want to be there or update their products.

To make matters worse their family child was running around the salon blasting Rap and doing the latest dances. Not sure what that was about but I did notice he had on shoes too small for his feet. I would think that if your family owns this place u can afford to buy him...

One star was given due to the kindness of the ladies who did my mani/pedi (Jan 6). However, the great work that appeared to have been done had me back in the shop 2 additional days in a row. My toes were done with a gel polish and were okay. My hands, also with a gel polish (black French-tip), peeled and chipped within 24 hours of the initial application. During that time I only washed a few dishes and showered. I went back the following day (Jan 7) and had the work corrected. The young lady explained that with that process it doesn't always stay. Also, one who appeared to be a possible manager suggested that if I was at work on computers that it could happen. I quickly assured her that this was not the case and that I had them done the day prior. That was news to me. Hence, I told her to just polish (gel) the entire nail black. This she did and began the entire process over again, thus, stripping my already now weakened nails. The next day (Jan 8), I returned with the same issue, i.e., peeling and chipping. Another lady who was appeared bothered, stepped in to correct. By the end of day, my nails returned to the peeling and chipping. When I returned on both days, at no point and time was I offered a credit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS...

The best nail salon I’ve been to they are so sweet super kind. I went to a nail salon before I went here and they messed up my nails really bad and I absolutely hated them so I came to the salon to get them fixed. They took such good care of me My nails look so perfect. The lady that mans the front is literally the sweetest lady.The place is really really clean all the nail tech know what they’re doing. It’s just a very good environment. Everyone was laughing and that’s what I like to see when I go to nail salons so it’s not awkward but if I could, I’d give this a 10 out of 10. Thank you so much for fixing my nails. I will definitely be coming back.

The best nail salon I’ve been to they are so sweet super kind. I went to a nail salon before I went here and they messed up my nails really bad and I absolutely hated them so I came to the salon to get them fixed. They took such good care of me My nails look so perfect. The lady that mans the front is literally the sweetest lady.The place is really really clean all the nail tech know what they’re doing. It’s just a very good environment. Everyone was laughing and that’s what I like to see when I go to nail salons so it’s not awkward but if I could, I’d give this a 10 out of 10. Thank you so much for fixing my nails. I will definitely be coming back.
