Absolutely horrible experience, avoid this location at all costs. I have experienced nothing but rude, unwelcoming service from the staff on top of prices that are getting completely out of hand. The woman at the front counter was impatient and rude and took my card out of my hand when the card reader was experiencing errors. She also then proceeded to run my card about eight times and told me that people have gotten double charged, so I should be watching my bank app for that. I would think that if double charging is a COMMON ISSUE, you would go to cash only. When I noticed that I did get double charged, I came back to the store only to be told that they would not do anything about it unless I waited until the end of the month and brought in a printed copy of my bank statement. selection is okay, a little outdated and a little pricier than secondhand things should be, but that’s how the world is right now i guess. the only thing i really have a problem with is the atrocious customer service. the women at the counter only stop gossiping long enough to tell you your total. they don’t greet you, even after you greet them. they’re too eager to get back to talking shit about whomever they have a problem with that day. it’s always the same people that have bad attitudes, so it’s definitely not a one-time thing, which i would be understanding about. i hope these employees can learn to treat other human beings with kindness while doing their jobs, because it really is a shame that people are having this same experience over and over. do better, you never know what’s going on in...

They used to have great people and service. They have helped my children and I a few times with financial support, such as gas to get to the doctor of furniture for our apartment after we had a fire, ect. My children and I experienced a lot of hardships the last 3-4 years especially. We lost everything we had and had to completely start over three times now. They used to make you feel comfortable and not ashamed to ask for help. I know some of the sweet elderly lady's aren't their anymore, but their new staff isn't very welcoming and seem to judge people.
