I’m very disappointed with the communication and customer service I received. Jill did a poor job of responding to questions and following up throughout the entire process. I repeatedly had to call just to get basic information or keep things moving.
When I called again to ask when we could expect a delivery date she said, “Well, obviously they’re going to call you.” No, that’s not obvious—I don’t work there. This level of communication is unacceptable, especially after spending a large amount of money on cabinetry. In fact, its worrying.
To make matters worse, our cabinets arrived with glue all over the front façades, likely used by the shippers to keep the drawers from moving. The glue is extremely difficult to remove and is on every drawer. The item was also not as described to us at the time of purchase. When I brought this up with Jill, she eventually said she would speak to management and again, you guessed it, disappeared.
