Soooo delicious! Nice small little dine in spot. The food is always so delicious. The churros are YUMMY as well. I had the house special shrimp tacos with chipotle sauce this time and they were AMAZING!! My daughter had the birra tacos, she loved the flavorful dipping sauce but she wished the shells of the tacos were dipped in it and fried a little. They give you chips, bean dip and salsa dip right away. The queso is sort of a Velveeta texture which we didn’t care for so we skipped it this time around. I recommend this place to everyone. I was a little bummed they were out of the squeeze bottles of green and red salsa but I still got a small container to use of the green. Affordable prices! Nice menu...

I ordered 3 meals take out tonight, mine was the super burrito, inside was something very hard in a wrap, it tasted like it was pre-prepared and like old grease, I went ahead and ate it, and have been feeling very sick since, I called to let them know there was something very wrong with my burrito, and they assure me it was as they serve to all. I won’t be eating here again, and I hate not supporting a local restaurant! But I will rather drive to Grundy Center or Waterloo, I have never been disappointed with Amigos. Update: 05/24/2025: Tonight the food was amazing as always, but the fresh homemade corn chips stole the show. The chips were hands done the best and freshest corn chips I have ever had. We ordered our usual dishes and they were spot on as well. The food here was amazing!!! The owner does all the cooking, and you can tell he is passionate about cooking. Everything was cooked perfect. The staff was friendly and table service was very good. The Guacamole was excellent. Sorry we ate it all before taking a photo. Definitely give this place a try. A hidden gem in Reinbeck, Iowa.
