Wear it's At is the embodiment of everything I look for in a consignment shop. I've visited approximately a dozen times now and each visit is as rewarding and pleasant as thr one before. From the second I walked in the door, I've always been greeted with a warm welcome...asked if there was anything particular i was shopping for, and asked to let them know if I needed any assistance. Sometimes I go to shop, and other times I just go to look and see what's new. I've gone I sweats and very casual, to nicely dressed and always received the same excellent welcome.and service. The owner is exceptionally nice, reasonable, and always puts the customer first, above a sale or business. I being in the shop many times I have overheard her conversations with clients and customers and I am 100% confident in doing business as both a seller and purchaser. The honesty and trustworthiness of the owner and managers truly makes me not only comfortable but absolutely without any hesitation confident. The employees are knowledgeable about all things fashion, jewelry, footwear and accessories and really seem to enjoy helping the customers in showing items or answering any questions about an item.
I enjoyed this shop and the people so much, I couldn't keep it a secret from my daughter and wife, who now enjoy coming to find treasures of their own. While everybody has a bad day every now and then, or is too busy to take the time to really help people the way they often like to be helped, I have NEVER had any type of negative experience here. I would encourage anyone and everyone who enjoys perusing through a great variety of items of all types and values to give it a shot. I'm quite sure you find, like I did that you will...
Read moreI'm a stylist, so finding out I had a shop like this in close proximity to me was exciting. I read a few reviews that expressed the employees may be a bit standoffish but decided I wouldn't let that deter me from visting. After receiving a strange look upon entry, I was looking at a bag I liked only to be told "that looks bad on you" by an older lady who works at the shop. She continued to go on about how I do not fit the aesthetic of the bag. After expressing the discomfort I felt by her comments, she explained it was her take at comedy. I told her she shouldn't be giving out negatively charged comments to customers - especially if those are the first words you exchange with a customer. She then ushered me to the clearance section...safe to say shopping here felt kinda demeaning. I understand you are used to seeing a specific clientele, but those who don't fit that mold should not be treating any less because of your preconceived notions. I let another employee know about my experience and she wrote it off claiming that is her sense of humor. It sucks because I was so happy to having a shop like this nearby. Ultimately, I would think twice about giving your money...
