Three days ago, in my first experience with this self-serve car wash, there was a mechanical problem with the water to rinse my car. I tried two bays with my payment, but was unable to properly rinse my car in either one. Before leaving, I phoned the owner and left him a voicemail to tell him of my experience and request a refund of the money that I had spent. He phoned me back the same evening after confirming and fixing the problem at his car wash. He mailed me a check for a full refund+ of my money spent that I received today. Self service just what I was looking for. Bay I was at the brush didn't work and the credit card machine wouldn't let me add time. If it works longer every other places I've ever been I got charged way too much money as it usually costs a certain amount to start then adding time costs less per minute. But when that proprietor recognizes that his establishment is the only one near residences, and takes advantage of them, it becomes sad. This is an example of such.
