Dollar General — Local services in Reno

Old white woman working there tonight on register looked at my hispanic mother like trash for asking for the bathroom key, threw our receipt in an empty bag telling us it was in our bag but failed to see that we grabbed our bag already because she was focused on the customer behind us. She also told us the dr pepper wasnt part of any sale, and then we went to the dr pepper and found it was. Told us it wasn't the right day when it started 2 days ago, then asked her coworker after i pointed that out. Trash service from trash workers. It was also dirty, the shelves were a mess and half empty, there's zero signal throughout the entire store like they use a jammer (it's like this EVERY TIME I have come here and there is absolutely...

I have no idea what in the hell is wrong with the manager of this store. I do not use food stamps but I was in the store when the manager was belittling a customer for using food stamps on soda and told her that she could NBOT use them in HER store. I was there and informed the manager that the new Texas law did not come into affect until Sep 1 2026 (a year from now) and she continued to state that nobody could use food stamps in HER store to buy soda or Halloween candy from that day forward. I dropped all my goods and left the store. There is NO reason to belittle ANYONE using food stamps for ANY reason. I will NEVER be back into that store and I spend thousands at Dollar General. NO MORE HATE!!!!...

I like to price check while I shop and have noticed that last 3 times I have walked into this store I have lost all internet services. I asked the employee if they were using a jammer, she said she didn't know but the look on her face said otherwise. I would like to take this opportunity to remind Dollar General that the use of a signal jammer is illegal per federal law. If I walk back into this store and find my signal jammed again I will be forced to report your store to OSHA and the proper federal entities as this presents a safety danger to both your employees and customers. Your organization has enough law suits on your hands, best not open yourselves...
