Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Reno

Once again ordered the lemon slush...I did not order the fresh water slush or whatever that's called but that's what the girl gave me again. I told her it tasted like sugar water and she insisted she put 3 whole lemons in it. Instead of making it correctly she just argued she did it right. It's the same girl over and over. She needs retraining especially on customer service or take her off the window. Don't bother with your same generic answer as you give everyone else why don't you go in there and fix the problems with this store. Teach your workers respect for the customer and especially how to make orders right. You dear owner are 95% of the problem. I won't be going back to this Sonic.

Order a large lemon slush at the drive thru. Got home and checked it since all I tasted was sugar slush. There was 2 1/4 slices of lemon in the bottom. I stirred it up and it still tasted like sugar water. I guess they forgot to put the lemon juice in. I added my own squeezed lemon juice and then it was fine. I have been to this sonic multiple times because they are close to my house and Everytime they are super slow! If I go through the drive through no problem but if I sit in a stall it usually takes at least 10 mins to get our drinks (I should note we never have ordered food just drinks) last night after 10 mins of waiting we called and they said we will have it right out. 2 mins later they had our drinks. There was no one in the drive through and one other car parked. I'm not sure what they are doing in there but they weren't working. It shouldn't take 15 mins to bring out 2 shakes. Ordered a foot long chili cheese dog, some medium chili cheese tots, 2 drinks and a "mini" order of onion rings. at other sonic stores the mini order of onion rings is 4 medium onion rings. my order today consisted of 2 medium onion rings and 1 extra small ring and some crumbs .I called the store and spoke to the Manager who said the order only consisted of 3 onion rings and some crumbs. I again questioned him about the 3 rings and crumbs and he repeated to me "Yes ma'am, 3 rings and crumbs". don't eat at the Reno Tx Sonic because at $1.19 for 3 onion rings (and don't forget the crumbs) is a total rip off.!!!!
