I promised I would do one for them to warn potential clients to be very cautious. If my parents could give this service negative stars, they would. This is their experience: Staff promises to call back multiple times and does not, then speaks back rudely and tries to get off the phone as soon as possible when finally called out. They are impatient here, and not compassionate to a grieving family at all. It was my child’s birthday which this year came on a Monday.I spend al day with him on his birthday and Fathers Day.The area he’s laid to rest suppose to mow the area on Mondays and water on Tuesday.They take up flowers on Monday and discourage you from putting any down on Monday stating if you do they will be remove.Area needs mowing really bad but guess what no one came to do any mowing in tranquility area but you can see someone mowing 2areas over called the office at 2:15 talk with a Kelly stated they will be mowing unable to say what time it’s now 4:18 believe they close at 4:45 or 5:00.This is totally wrong saw someone earlier came before work this morning wanted to put flowers she was discouraged in putting down flowers. If it was possible to give negative stars, I would. The staff as well as upper management is mean, rude, and they simply do not care. We all pay endowment fees and it is obvious that none of that money is being used to help with upkeep of the cemetery. When people take matters into their own hands, all their efforts are reversed. Headstones are put on wrong graves and they don’t take responsibility for their wrong doings. Certain areas are not watered nor mowed (we pay for this) and they simply do not care.
