Disgusting AND Expensive. After waiting 10 minutes for the waitress/hostess/cashier to seat me in a practically empty dining area, I was served a bowl of stale tortilla chips with weird seeds in them and bland, watery salsa. This should've been the first warning sign. I skipped the lunch specials and ordered a combo plate of one chicken enchilada and one taco with rice & beans. When the plate finally arrived, it was lukewarm to the touch. The shredded cheese on the taco was cold and tasted like it was already expired and out of a bag , the chicken was flavorless and not fresh. The rice and beans were disgusting and had an odd smell. I managed to stomach the taco and had a just a few bites of the enchilada. The presentation and preparation of the food was poor. It didn't look fresh and it certainly did NOT taste fresh. It seemed like it had been under a dimly lit heat lamp all day until it was lukewarm, greasy, sloppy mess covered in cheese. I hoped the waitress would've asked if something was wrong with my plate since I did't eat much of it, but she was more interested in bringing me the bill. I think the waitress knew the food was terrible because she didn't ask if I wanted a box to take the rest of the slop home. After lunch and throughout the rest of the day, I felt like I was on the verge of food poisoning, with severe indigestion and nausea. I will NEVER go back here again. It was gross, very pricey, poor quality, and lackluster service. For a Mexican restaurant, it was void of authenticity and flavor. Skip this...
Read moreEating at this establishment was probably one of the most disgusting things I've ever experienced in my life.
First I'll say the service is pretty good very nice kept the drinks filled and very kind, however the food was abysmally bad. The chips are very thin and are like the cheap tortilla chips you buy for party's at Walmart the salsa is sickening I can only describe it as can tomato paste cilantro stems the whole onion and puréed in a blender for to long. I ordered two shredded beef tacos and a chimichanga with beans and rice
The tacos are rock hard and cut the roof of my mouth I ate one and it was okay run of the mill but the next one was the same except when I got about half way through I hit a big chunk a grisly price of meat riddled with veins I let this pass because it happens sometimes with shredded beef
The beans are tasteless and very soggy with no heat I could recognize
I ended up finishing with the chimichanga soggy tasteless again but I got about half way through just like the taco and hit the grisly again and spat it out 4-5 huge veins like spaghetti noodles on a huge block of inedible piece of gristle and fat.
That was it for me I lost my appetite once I'll let it go twice is just inconsiderate for a paying customer how can the owner be okay with serving that type of meal to people?
If the owner is a authentic Latino or Latina they should feel embarrassed to say this is what I wanted.
I nor any of my family or friends will be eating here ever again.
I'll be RIP before I think of...
Read moreI remember when mi Casa Too was the place to go. Well haven't been there for a few years. My husband asked me bout dinner. On special occasions we been going to Poncho n Willie's for Mexican food. For my 28th anniversary, I asked to go to Mi Casa Too. Bad choice. My husband's plate looked like puc on a plate, nothing of a enchilada or chilireano 🌶️. My carne asada had weird taste, thought was spices, finish one. Paid the bill, got card back. Left husband at table and headed for car. Before I could get out the door, I was picking in parking lot. When things are fresh everything is hot, the only thing that was hot was the plates. It was the worst 47$ spent. Then the bartender made my husband feel uncomfortable to ask for 2 lime pieces, let a line get a beer. No I see why it was empty, expected more. Owed and ran a restaurant. Thanks for bad dinner for 28/34 years togather...
