Excellent customer service, efficient, responsive and great prices. I cannot thank them enough! Our water heater sprung a leak and left us without hot water. I called on Tuesday and Colton was there first thing Wednesday morning. He explained the issue and gave us our options/pricing. We have a home warranty through American Home Shield which was able to cover the replacement of the water heater (but of course, we had to wait on them to approve the replacement). While we waited on the approval from the home warranty company, Colton re-lit the pilot and got us hot water temporarily. He contacted us Wednesday evening to ensure we still had hot water in the meantime, which is almost unheard of these days and we very much appreciated it! They worked with the home warranty company, were able to get it covered and came to replace it the following day. The entire process took 48 hours, which we were very pleased about. After getting the news that every new homeowner wants to hear - we were leaking into our downstairs neighbor's unit - we called several plumbing companies. Titan was the only one available for a same-day evaluation. Donavan Taylor was sent out to diagnose and correct the problem - and am I ever glad he was! Donavan was exceptionally kind and professional, working both with my wife and I and our downstairs neighbor to find the best way to fix the problem. After a lot of troubleshooting, he found the problem and was even able to fix the leak for about half of what he originally quoted for the repair. Chris is an experienced and thorough plumber. We appreciate he came with the right tools to locate our exact spot where a large root broke through and is blocking more than half of our shared townhome's sewer line. He showed us the several camera pics we could clearly see. Unfortunately, the issue is coming from my neighbor's property line that my sewer warranty co will not pay to repair. Cost is all on both property owners. Not cheap! At least it's good to know Titan Plumbing offers 0.% financing. I'm willing to ok the job, but I can't move forward unless my neighbor is also on board. If not, we will continue to have both our tubs and toilets in both houses continue to constantly back up.
