Reply This response to my concerns and observations just proves the point even further. It isnāt anything personal at all. I enjoyed coming to this Flowing Tide and I am sad at what I have seen transpire over the last couple months. Just because I provide criticism and my thoughts doesnāt mean itās āpersonalā. A more professional response would have helped your case.
I have been coming to this tide often over the last year or so⦠and I made it a point to come specifically on days when Jamie was working because I have tried when others are on the bar and it just isnāt the same. They either only pay attention to certain people, are extremely slow with service or are overly flirty with the other men at the bar. Jamie made me feel welcome, attended too and I could see she knew what she was doing and truly cared. I am very sad and disheartened to know she is not there anymore.
I can sense the management is lacking and the rotation of people in and out of that place makes it hard to get to know the staff. I feel like the staff that Iāve been impressed with are the ones to no longer be at there. I feel they have people behind the bar that lack knowledge of how to bartend and are simply putting people back there for their appearance or the crown they think theyāll please.
Another thing I noticed was the staff being at the bar when not working - specifically the young girl bartender and her actions to some of the guests at the bar are a little uncomfortable.
I hope this place makes some changes because I donāt see it going too well without Jamie or some of the other staff I have seen leave over...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just witnessed another patron attack a man in this bar. Apparently the person being attacked was 86ād and was asked to leave. The bar tender allowed another patron to yell and threaten this person in front of all the other guests to get out of the bar. I left shaking and afraid by the situation. When I called to express my concern about this incident the woman who answered replied that she is the general manager and that she allowed this man to behave this way and did not care because the person being threatened and yelled at had been 86ād. Super unprofessional and ghetto . I donāt feel safe going to this location anymore since apparently patron are allowed to attack other patrons and the bartender allows it. Dope. Waste of my...

We went to this Flowing Tide on Saturday morning 1/16/21 with the intention of having breakfast there and playing a few dollars at the bar for our first time out since March.
We arrived well after 9:00, fully masked, and stood inside the doorway awaiting for a staff member to show us the way in.
A blonde lady finally came up and tells us "I'm sorry, but the kitchen is closed." We were disappointed and wished she had explained why it was closed when on the front glass door, "OPEN FOR BREAKFAST 9:00 ..." is clearly emblazoned across the glass front door.
Not sure how to feel about...
