MADE US PAY FOR TWO PEDICURES EVEN THOUGH WE ONLY GOT ONE. I went here with my sister for pedicures and she got cut and bled. Ok, i guess that can happen sometimes but she couldn't relax after that so we told her to end the pedicure. All they did so far was soak her feet, file her nail, and started to do her cuticles when she got cut. The nail girl was really sorry and we told her that it was ok but didn't want to continue the pedicure so she stopped. The entire time she's looking over her shoulder as if she was scared of someone finding out. The other girls working there looked as if they were scared also and were being very quiet. I finished my service quickly and went to pay and the only MAN i saw there (owner?) came out and charged us for BOTH services even though we explained that my sister didn't get her service done. He still charged us FULL price for both pedicures! To make matters worse, he turned around and started yelling at the girl who cut my sister from across the room. I couldn't understand what he was saying but the nail girl looked so scared. If this owner is more concerned about getting money vs. providing a service his customers enjoy or proper employee training, then this is not a place for us and shouldn't be for anyone! I wouldn't be surprised if this Man/Owner(?) barely pays these girls or even at all maybe only tips. If you go here, you should ASK YOUR NAIL PERSON how they are paid. I have been coming to this place off & on for 15yrs. depending on financial situation, and all these woman are so friendly and the atmosphere is so welcoming. They all take really, really good care of you. My most favorite woman is, beautiful Hannah. She is a great creator, because when she free hand paints a design, I explain what I want, but she has so many designs already premade & you can even change the color. and I trust her to make toes beautiful every time. During my appointment, the staff engaged in loud conversations in their language, making jokes at the expense of customers, including myself and my mother (thanks to translator apps). This behavior was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and disrespected. As a healthcare professional, I understand the importance of respect and inclusivity, qualities that were sorely lacking in this establishment. I had hoped to be a repeat customer, but the disrespectful atmosphere and lack of professionalism make it clear that this salon is not worth visiting.
