This is a review from my recent visit in late July to Costa Dentistry in Great Falls. On the technical side, Ms. Camille Geenen, RDH, and Dr. Lily Marucci totally squared me away and are keeping my dental health as good as it can be despite my affinity for iced tea, carbonated beverages and the occasional piece of dark chocolate. Every time I leave after a cleaning, I know it can't get any better because the care those two provide is so top shelf. Now, the other reason for this review is to recognize the three wonderful young ladies who run the front desk and in reality, keep the office running smoothly. They are Jacqueline, Daniella, and Tiffany. I recently retired for good and as a result, my dental insurance with the company expired. Those three outstanding young people reached out in a timely manner to let me my insurance had expired and explained the unique program Costa Dentistry has for folks who are retired and don't have dental insurance. After the call, I came by the office and they "walked the dog" with me and I left totally taken care of with regards to coverage. They made sure all of my records were updated and I went to my late July appointment right on time. I vigorously recommend to Dr. Costa that his IT person needs to add Camille, Jacqueline, Daniella, and Tiffany to the Great Falls office website because in reality, those four are the first faces the public sees when they hit the door and then the chair for a cleaning. Costa Dentistry in Great Falls is "Great" because those four set the stage for a visit that is so comprehensive that when you leave, you feel confident in your dental health. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Dr. Marucci again because she explains things in an understandable manner so you know what is expected of you as a partner in your dental health. Costa Dentistry is a top-shelf dental practice because everyone rows together, from the front desk to the RDH's to the dentists so all of them need to be on the website. I am already looking forward to the next visit so I can see all of the wonderful people who take care of me!
Costa Dentistry in Great Falls is an outstanding facility and the dental hygienist who did the work was outstanding. Camille should be recognized for her outstanding skills. Additionally, the facility is so clean you could literally eat off the floor and feel perfectly safe. Can't wait for my next appointment. The location is easy to get to and the parking lot is of a...
Read more3 star rating for this dental office is due based off my encounter with one of the receptionist! Dr. Costa and Dr. Garge have always treated me with kindness and respect. This review does not represent their character at all. On Oct. 29, after I was seen by Dr. Costa, the receptionist (black woman) informed me that my insurance did not cover my last procedure and my charge today included my last procedure. As I was surprised of this announcement, I asked the receptionist if she could provide me a little more information and to tell me what exactly wasnât covered. The receptionist seemed bothered that I inquired about this and replied that she doesnât know much being that the office just recently received the rejection letter. I then questioned the receptionist about my current procedure and wanted to make sure I wouldnât have the same issue this round. The receptionist became even more frustrated, ignored my question and asked me to swipe my card. Shocked of the rude response and demand, I asked the receptionist was she even listening to me. The receptionist responded by saying âI donât understand what you are not getting, we bill the insurance company and if they reject the claim, we bill the clientâ. I later found out that the procedure was a bite-wing x-ray exam and that there was some sort of miscommunication between the receptionist and my insurance company when the office initially called I was told that the procedure would be covered. However, the claim was denied being that I was a month early in receiving this procedure. As I mentioned earlier, the dentist in the office have always been great to me but the receptionist (black woman) was very rude. The front office needs to understand that the Insurance process is very complicated and that customers will...
Read moreWhen I first stepped into Dr. Costas Dental office I was greeted by a very polite and kind receptionist who also was also exceptionally helpful at the end of my appointment with insurance and co-pay information. Not to mention how beautiful the office is! When I was called back for my cleaning with Camille she came out to greet me with a warm and cheerful introduction that made me feel immediately at ease, which she carried through for the rest of the time she worked on my teeth! She was so incredibly patient, gentle, and thorough while cleaning and she explained everything she was doing and made it easy to understand what was happening with my teeth all while being so fun to talk with in-between! I can honestly say she made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience and made me feel like I wasnât just another person she was working on, you could tell she has a passion for what she does and it shines through while she is working since not once did I ever feel any pain and at the end felt like my teeth had never been cleaner. Her work area (which has a tv on the ceiling if youâre not up for talking), bed side manner and professionalism is the best I have ever seen in my years of going to the dentist! At the end of the of the cleaning Dr. Marucci came over and it was more of the same wonderful experience. You can tell the dynamic of the whole office is one of professionalism, caring, and overall friendliness. I canât thank Camille and everyone else there enough and I am actually looking forward to my next 6 month cleaning! Keep up...
